Cancelled the day before. No contact from anyone, so we turned up on the day having travelled 2 hours to get there. A Facebook post is not the way to tell people an event is not taking place. No apology. Waste of half a day. Will not be returning again. 

Review of Lingfield Rocks

Lingfield Rocks event cancelled by police due to poor parking/traffic management by Skiddle. Advised by email on the morning of the event . 3 tickets purchased and have so far only been advised of pending refund for 2 tickets. No reply email address so not easy to get in touch with Skiddle. Reluctant to book again in the future at this stage.

Music would have been amazing top bands booked by complete idiot's that cannot run a festival. Cancelled because they didn't have enough security and couldn't handle the volume of people. Complete lack of. They have screwed the bands bit not for long. Avoid this company at all costs. Waste of space.

Unfortunately the venue got cancelled the evening before but no notification sent before I had driven all the way down there to find out

It was cancelled. We weren’t notified and turned up. Was then told  by a man who said it’s his place that the festival was cancelled. I would like my money back. Still no word from Skiddle about it. Appalling!!

My review is based on What festival???
The festival was cancelled the night before and no one emailed to inform us it was not going ahead. 
8 of us travelled via train to the festival only to be told by some passers by that it was cancelled, 
Not only are we disappointed by this but have wasted money in travelling to the venue and would’ve expected an email to inform people.
I will await out refunds

it was cancelled!. I've had no contact from Skiddle so the worst possible customer service. When will i get my refund?

Cancelled at 10pm night before the event. No apology and no refund 

Was absolutely sick ended up on stage with manor one of my greatest moments everything about it including the crowd was incredible
