What other similar venues had done which might be worth a thought, ok you need security wandering about but how about a couple of actors mingling with the queue outside. For Selfies etc to break the long wait? But all in all enjoyed it.

Amazing event. Parking was difficult. Not too pleased we had to queue for an hour when we had time slotted tickets though.

Omg this did not disappoint! I screamed all the way round. The queues were not great, and we had to wait 50 mins or so. Possibly BID becoming greedy and releasing more tickets. We bought early bird tickets so would’ve hoped to have got in on time.

It was a really good night can't wait for next year, so it can go bigger and bigger and more fun really enjoyed absolutely brilliant like to see more scary actors like Jack, the ripper Freddy Krueger, Beetlejuice and much much more, but it was a really good night( only one thing wish we could get the tick*ts from the Kingfisher Centre instead of ordering it online as I had difficulty getting the tick*ts online. It'll be nice to get them from my local town to pick up and collect or you can go somewhere where they can help you do it online but it was absolutely amazing. Enjoyed every moment of it. Well done guys you've done a fantastic job. Can't wait for next year, like I said keeping the coffee shop open was lovely should do more like this in our local Redditch as it is absolutely fantastic we should win the fair into it as well

Great scary fun, actors were brilliant. Had a jump scare made me grab a stranger instead of my husband. Would definitely go again

Love that redditch has created a scare attraction, however it wasn't scary enough.. When you're out in the open it changes the whole atmosphere. Better to have confined spaces and tunnels where you are scared from the unexpected. Characters were great but I've seen scarier.
