Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night

Funhouse Comedy Club is back at South Redditch Sports and Social Club, Redditch on Friday August 9th for more fun and laughter.

Topping the bill is musical stand-up Richard Morton, who has supported Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Jo Brand, Lily Savage and Phill Jupitus on tour as well as having many TV credits to his name. This livewire Geordie comic is full of surprises and frantic energy, bounding around the stage like an overgrown child on a massive sugar rush and then entertaining the crowd with his hilarious songs.

Opening the night will be Karen Bayley the first ever female winner of the prestigious Comedy Store King Gong award. With her shrewd wit and great timing she surprises her audiences with her inspired and sparkling punch-lines.

Completing the line-up is comedian and script writer Sean Percival. His brand of comedy steers clear of the surreal and confronts realism in an explosively funny way. His down to earth act is unforgettable with its upfront attitude, no long stories, just gags galore.

Compere for the night will be Demitris Deech renowned for his ad-libbing he has been support act for several well known comedians such as Alan Carr, Russell Howard, Rhod Gilbert and has appeared on television with Alan Davis.
