I requested a refund from the Indulge festival and still no answer. I could not attend alternate and not happy that no one could assist. won't be using this service again

They could've made it so much better than it was they just chose not to! I cued for a shower for 20+ minutes each day then on the 3rd day they removed a fake wall in the showers to reveal 6 more showers taking the total up to 12 for the entire campsite, I really don't understand why they didn't do this already! Also I was told that my wristband which cost me £40.50 worked outside of the campsite in the main arena but when I tried entering they said I needed to pay another £10, when there was no cue inside whatsoever! To top it all off aswell they closed the campsite toilets at 11pm every night when that wasn't even when the final acts were finishing!
