There is no water so showers are not working. Staff very dismissive and manager dissapeard so there is no one to answer questions. Absolutely redicilous for the price we paid. Provider not prepared at all to provide seevice as promised.

I bought 2 club class passes to use showers only to find out that they ran out of water. No refund offered. The excuse was that this things happen when you are in the middle of a field!

This festival was really well organised. VIP was definitely worth the extra money for the bar and toilets alone but having the Space tent in there was an added bonus. We had a great day.

Things to improve for next year:
- Camping
Let people bring their food and drinks or ensure availability 24hrs
Showers - increase the number and make sure they are available 24hrs as well
So far it was the most pricey festival I've ever been to. 12.50 for a double vodka + mixer? Are we in Ibiza, yet?
VIP entrance from camping to arena. No signs, no seperate queue, only on Sunday when we have got already pissed off we were let in on the side. It shouldn't be this way.
More food options won't hurt as well (camping) Burgers, english breakfast, smoothies isn;t enough.

Line up, music, scenery - 10/10

I hope you can improve on at least some of the points that I and many have highlighted and they won't reflect on next year's review.

Loved every second.. Loved the atmosphere. Quality people . Wicked production. Didn't want to go home .. roll on next year.. ;) :)

Absolute money maker, no care about you

I've been to many festivals and this was by far the most ridiculous.
£125 for a crate of 24 330ml beers! And to rub it in your face even more, all food and drink was taken off you before entering the camping area.
My car and bags were searched, then there was a 3 hour wait to have our bags thoroughly checked again with no help to move your stuff, mine got chucked out the way! Whilst queuing for 3 hours, we had no water (due to it being taken off us) and we wasn't handed any, it was roughly 25 degrees with no shade.
The "supermark*t" was not that, no alcohol was there (even though they said) and they ran out of change.
Our refundable drinks tokens were not refundable until the Monday morning and no one knew what was going off.
The music itself was good but it was quiet and set times were moved without warning.

Event was amazing, camped for 2 nights and went Saturday and Sunday. Lots of brilliant acts and a big variety. Bad point, 6 showers for the whole campsite! Would have liked the opportunity for a better shower but it was cold water and wet wipes. Site supermark*t didn't have much really either.

The festival and arena was amazing. The camping experience and drinks prices was an absolute joke. Alcohol was falsely advertised as available in the supermark*t and so you could only buy it at the bar. The organisers just seemed to be out to rip people off and make as much money as possible rather than make people enjoy it and want to go back. I would go to the festival again but not camp again i expect they will have lots if complaints very bad camping organisation and communication

To expensive. Couldn't bring any food or drink even into the camping section. Prices at the festival were beyond sky high. Would need to take a second mortgage out to afford this weekend. Everyone who I met while camping all agreed they had a crap time due to the face that no food or drink could be brought into camping unlike any other festival and their "competitive prices" are only competitive for those who shop at harrods on a regular basis. Worst festival ever. Would not attend again.
