Great event with a really good line-up, only thing to let it down was the need to pay via wristbands as this caused a long wait time queuing to top-up the wristbands then a queue at the bar

I wouldn't mind a refund at this point, it was a proper let down. Bassfest was really good so we expected fear fest to be as good but was very disappointed. The day before the event the line up was changed leaving us disappointed from the start as the artist we wanted to see was no longer going. When we arrived one of the rooms was closed, this resulted in everywhere being cramped so bad it completely ruined the experience, we paid for super vip and was unable to get to it because there was just no space to breathe in there. You put bassline and drum and bass in the same room which I personally thought was a terrible idea because everyone was then complaining about the music being very up and down, the outdoor tent was so busy that you couldn't get through the door so it was almost impossible to get inside. When we were going inside we saw lots of people leaving and complaining about how bad it was inside. The event overall was very disappointing, last year I attended sidewinder and it was a better experience overall. We purchased shuttle tick*ts to the after party and after party tick*ts and didn't even end up using them because we were so disappointed by the whole experience. The main frustration was the line up change & I could potentially look past the other issues mentioned if the music was as it stated on the tick*t I originally purchased.
