Good music and good vibes once you actually got into the stages, so busy and really long queues to get into the main stage and the outdoor tent. Staff really aggressive, one pushed me really hard to step back and was being aggressive when I literally was just stood there waiting and couldn’t move because there were crowds and crowds of people. Have been to magna twice before and it was no where near as bad. Far too many people for the venue. Missed out on sets I wanted to see because you couldn’t get inside.

Poor organisation, one way system in place where if you went to the smoking area you couldn’t get back in where you left.
Security had no idea of where the stages were, even supervisors didn’t know.
Took me 20 minutes to find a set I wanted to see , to then find hardly anyone there for a very big artist due to the issue of not being able to find the stage (Face of steel arena)

Loved the event, however, i caught staff trying to overcharge me for drinks more than once, saw them take more money off my wristband than the price of the drink i was buying. Also some bars were not allowing me to keep the lid of my water, which i think can be very dangerous.

One of the worst events I’ve ever been too, speakers was s**t all cracking, online said finishes at 5 but finished at 4, didn’t explain on the page about the clock going back and it finish at 4, security and staff dragging people out after the event had finished, qued for an hour to get my wrist band topped up and got a drink then to be told they was no money on my wirst band when I put £20 on, absolutely disgusting event and wouldn’t ever go or recommend to anyone

brilliant music and sick atmosphere but because of the one way system, the venue wasn’t brilliant, because you had to walk a long way just to get to certain stages. The prices for not only the tickets but the drinks and food is way too expensive .

Best Halloween rave I've ever attended and I'm 30 have gotten about in the past. Set of the night was SaSaSaS. Highlights were Wilkinson & Bugsy Malone. The one way system has it's pros and cons, trying to dance in the middle of the main room was frustrating with all the human traffic trying to cross over to the smoking area etc. but it lets you get all around and see other stuff whilst finding your favourite stage. Stewards and security really on the ball keeping everyone safe. Wish the VIP had more perks the toilet and bar were handy to avoid queues but was at the very back of the main room couldn't see stage very well. Worst part of the night nothing to do with event organisers but the taxi drivers were painful only wanting to do certain destinations, gave my hotel name to about 10 drivers and they all refused without good reason. Appalling. Like I say though other than that belting event and will be back next year.
