Told could get a refund on the night from the wristband. But staff wouldn’t give one, just told to get refund off of the website. But can not find a refund link for the wristbands anywhere.

The event for me was really disappointing. I don’t know where to start from people taking drugs in the middle of the crowd. To been offered drugs nearly every 15mins. I am a person who doesn’t do drugs on a night out but FEAR FEST in my opinion was full of it and it was in your face. How could no one see this? The measures taken to make sure the public didn’t have drugs was poor my bag was given a glance so no wonder people was taking drugs in the crowd. I will not recommend this event to non drug users (all my friends) because I do not associate myself with people who rely on drugs for a good night out. I Love baseline music but the amount of people asking me “what are you on” was incredible me and my friend had to leave at 12:00. The amount for the ticket to only be there for 3hours is ridiculous. Concidering how aggressive the bodyguards was in telling you “this is not an exit” you would think they had control over the drug situation. For people to feel free to sniff white powder in the crowd and down the corridor was brave but this should not be happening. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe because of the way people was acting the atmosphere suddenly turned toxic as the whole crowds jaws was swinging left to right. I’m really disserpointed and will not be booking an event like this ever again. No wonder drinks was priced at £7 for a double because no one drinks on drugs so they try to squeeze the people’s pockets who do drink. This event was not a event to drink alcohol it was purely a drug den. I’m sure many dealers will be rubbing their hands together full of cash after the event more than the people who hosted this. No one else’s will complain about the drugs because all people there in my eyes was drug users. Halloween or not Halloween this was clear to me and the bodyguards should be ashamed because the people who had drugs are laughing at them. What a joke this event was.

The one way system even though I know is for a good reason the queuing from one stage to another and coming out to the smoking area and having to go back round again meant missing parts of the best djs.

only downfall with this, is the capacity. you need to shorten the list of people

The music was amazing, prices for drinks were a bit pricey, the atmosphere was alright, the toilets were disgusting, security was ok

Great event with great acts. Some staff were kinda rude at the bar and crowds in the building was stupid. But apart from that would definitely recommend

No mention of a cloakroom in 3/4 degree heat. Overcrowded and unorganized with no crowd control. Spent most of the night standing in between stages waiting for crowds to move on. At midnight the wristband machines stopped working and somehow people needed cash in a “cashless system”. Staff kept charging different prices for the same drinks. No knowledge of how to get a refund on wristbands. The worst event I have ever been to. Left by 12.30am.
