The whole night was absolutely amazing! Gatecrasher Family you got it spot on with the music, atmosphere and choice of venue for our town! 👌
The only thing that could have been better would be to have had more staff on the bars considering the amount of people in the venue.
20/25 minutes (ish) is way too long to wait for a drink. 😔
Possibly down to venue staffing not promoters ?? 🤷🏻‍♀️
Small price to pay for a great night I suppose.
Please come back and do another one 🙏🙌🤞

Absolutely digested to find out ON THE NIGHT that Judge Jules had cancelled this event due to 'not being paid by the organisers'. The venue felt like a school disco and the whole thing was a disappointment.

was really looking forward to seeing Judge Jules and he didn't turn up! Sonique did her best to fill in, but expected a set from her, not just random songs whilst things were getting set up. The queue's were ridiculous. We left at 1:30am as the music was very much the same, couldn't hear anything but the beat, which ended up being too much. The lasers and the confetti and orchestra were good though!

This was my 4th gatecrasher classical but the first one I've been to out of Sheffield. As soon as it was announced that it was going to be on on my home town of Scarborough I had to go. It was a little bit worrying when we arrived as it was like walking into school disco to start with the geography teacher in his jumper and dark rimmed glasses on the decks doing a bit of mixing but in fact he was good fun and really got the crowd warmed up and when the curtains drew back and the lasers and music kicked it my friends that I'd dragged along were blown away.. Amazing night, well done gatecrasher
2 bad points, the fact that judge jules cancelled hours before it started pissed us off and lack of security on the door creating a massive cue as the 4 that were there went though everything taking forever with a freezing wind blowing straight off the sea...

The headliner Judge Jules cancelled at the last min because Gatecrasher hasn't paid him for the last 3 shows.

The music was good but to be honest you could have taken away the classical musicians and I wouldn't have noticed which was a huge shame. Also they seem to have tried to "update" all the classic trance anthems a bit and rather than just play them the way they are supposed to sound every single song dropped to the exact same hard bass/beat which didn't sound very good and got extremely repetitive after at he first few songs.

Also bars were so overwhelmed it took a good hour to get a drink each time you tried and there was no other way to get water which is a bit dodgy at a alcohol fueled dance event.

It wasn't a terrible night but about 5 times too expensive for what you got.

Really great event, but feel like I only saw half of the orchestra as the queuing time at the bars was about 20 minutes!
The music and general atmosphere was incredible though and I would consider going again and recommend friends to go, but get the pre-drinks in.

Not enough bar staff and the biggest bars were not inside the main grand hall so you missed so much while queuing for drinks. Should have been mobile bars around the room.. even if it was just small ones a couple of draught pumps like they do in arenas. I queued for a drink at one of the bars for 30 mins and probably missed some of the highlights. The gig was excellent though but the bar situation definitely needs reviewing for it to work

Upset and disappointed that I payed for tickets and train fares and accommodation to see judge Jules and he didn't turn up because Gatecrasher did not pay his fee. We have payed for a service that was not received. Very disappointed in the night and it was not what I expected. The 'classical' part was very short. Such a shame after it had been planned and looked forward to for months!!
