Venue was really bad. Long queuing times. Unorganised point of entry, requirements were not made aware to ticket holders. Half of attendees missed playing bingo due to bar queues being ridiculously busy. Because of this stressful start to the night it was difficult to enjoy the evening with the million dollar men. Although they did put on a good performance.

After queuing for over an hour to gain entry to the venue we got our seats and went to the bar area. Only 2 members of staff where serving and we waited another hour to purchase our drinks which were limited and at 4 pound for a short and mixer in a can we would have been better taking our own.by the time we were served we had missed the full first half of bingo. On returning to buy our next drink the venue had run out and we only had a choice of larger or shots. The venue was only half full so I really don't understand how this big event could have gone so wrong. On a positive note the male dancers were good. Not a good experience and won't be returning. This was a staff night out for betfred so we are used to be in a gambling environment but have never received such poor customer service.
