Review of Trevor Nelson Soul Nation SHEFFIELD Summer Party
Doors opened at 8pm. But Trevor Nelson,, didn't start until 10.20pm. Had to leave at 11.45pm as relying on public transport. As very limited parking at venue. Venue had no sign outside, to let people know it was there.

Review of Trevor Nelson Soul Nation SHEFFIELD Summer Party
This is the second time we have been to Soul Nation, the 1st time was fantastic however this time the music was not so good, not much Soul music as expected. Probably won't go again, atmosphere is fab! if you don't mind newer R&B music such as Ashanti/Nelly/ 50Cent then it's good for you.

I have attended this event in London and have always enjoyed the music. However, the music did not match the same theme and I didn't enjoy it. Most of the people were really nice but there were some rude people who tried to start a fight with us. I was so shocked as I had never experienced this at the soulnation event in London. I will not be attending this event in Sheffield again.

Review of Trevor Nelson Soul Nation SHEFFIELD Summer Party
Turned out that hotel we booked that was supposed to be near the venue was actually 3 miles away. Couldn't walk so taxis needed. Venue wasn't bad but the sound quality of the music was very poor. It was difficult to hear what the tunes were until Trevor Nelson came on. The sound did improve but not great.
Great atmosphere though and plenty of bars to get drinks from. Also couldn't find the 2nd room that was supposed to be there.
