We’ve been ever year for the past few years. Purchased tickets online as I thought this would help get us into the park quicker, unfortunately there iwas 2 lines but prepaid and pay on day are all mixed throughout. So we paid extra with booking fees. The park got so busy I struggled pushing a pram around. We got so fed up with the heavy queuing that we left an hour early (along with a few more fed up families) we definitely didn’t experience this problem last year. Not sure we’d be in a rush to return

Negatives: It's a funfair not a theme park with just the usual fair rides. Not on the scale at all of a theme park. Also, it took almost an hour to get in so we lost a third of our three hour session - I think this was due to technical issues with the card reader but there should have been a back up and better communication on the day.

Positives: The option to buy non-rider wristbands @ £2.50 for those not wanting to ride was great for parents and saved a lot of money. Also the price for unlimited rides was good and worked out much cheaper than usual funfairs where we can burn through £30 per child in an hour easily. My daughter and her friend had a great time (once we got in).

Verdict. Sort out the entry logistics and call it a funfair. Other than that, it's a great day out.

Bought discounted tickets but on arrival cash entry was same price no discount at all but had to pay your commission.I assumed buying from you would have saved money not cost more.I was also disgusted that we 70+ year olds were charged to watch the grandchildren have their rides.WHAT A RIPP OFF!!!!!

Very good afternoon although a few rides wasn't working was good and you should have more benches for the ones having to watch and should let a certain amount in due to ques due to the kids getting fed up of waiting

Queuing to get in and for rides too long, not value for money as I only managed 2 rides

Event itself not bad but we went yesterday for the 1-4 session with young kids. And half of the stuff for younger kids was closed or not working. Bouncy castles not open. Rides not open

Usually really enjoy thunder themepark but was disappointed this year most of the rides were for little kids not many rides for older kids and paid in advance on Skiddle and usually staff create two ques at the entry one for people who have pre booked and the other for cash on the door this year it was just same Que for everyone which makes pre booking and paying the booking fee pointless
