Box Office and Access Information: Box Office telephone: 01246 345222 Open Monday to Saturday from 10am until curtain-up (7pm for advance bookings), 6pm on non-performance weeks. We accept payment by cash, by cheque made payable to Chesterfield Borough Council, or by Visa, MasterCard, Switch & Delta. Concessions are available at many performances. If you think you may be entitled to a reduction please ask. (N.B. You may be asked for proof of eligibility.) Reserved seats must be paid for within four days of booking and not later than 30 minutes before the performance. Resales and Exchanges can only be performed if tickets are returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours before the performance. We are unable to refund money but will issue customers with credit to be redeemed for another production at the Pomegranate Theatre or the Winding Wheel. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show (subject to availability). There is a charge of 50p per ticket for both services. ACCESS: A wheelchair lift provides access to the Box Office, Bar and Coffee Bar. The Stalls are fully accessible by ramp with removable seats for wheelchair users and an adapted toilet to the rear. We have an InfraRed System for hearing impaired patrons and a Hearing Aid Loop. We welcome Guide Dogs. Please tell the Box Office when booking if you need to make use of any of these facilities. SMOKING is currently permitted in a designated area of the public bar but not in the auditorium or any other part of the building. It is likely however that, in line with other council venues, we will become totally smoke free in the near future. LATECOMERS may only be admitted when there is a suitable break in the performance at the discretion of the Duty Manager.
