Review of Weakened Friends // Plus Guests // Sheffield
The line up was top banana, I hadn't heard any of the bands before and still enjoyed the music and performances thoroughly. The only thing missing was people, the atmosphere would have been so much better if only more people came to these grassroots gigs.

Review of VIAGRA BOYS | SHEFFIELD
I'd been looking forward to this gig for ages and the evening didn't disappoint. The show kicked off with Squid who were excellent. Next up Viagra Boys. I think Sebastian ripped his top off by the second number revealing his heavily tattooed torso to cheers from the crowd. He wears shades throughout the gig. When he takes them off you can tell he’s stared into the void and never wants to go back. It’s chilling and the audience runs towards the exit signs. (Only joking). Viagra Boys music is Swedish Drugged-up Disco Punk. Driven with crazy bass and at times tom toms. The audience went wild and so did I. Best £8.50 I’ve spent in my life. Love Record Junkie for putting on these nights.

Review of No Hot Ashes + The Covasettes + The Claremonts w/DJ Alex Cooper
Excellent show indeed.
The hot ashes were excellent and I particularly enjoyed the singers hair.
The Corvasettesus are arguably the greatest band I’ve ever seen and there’s no doubt they’ll be playing Wembley in 2020.
Ps. Dom Penna for PM
