Saw Grinders Union and Angel Yoga have your weekend covered: a soulful, slow and stretchy yoga flow to start your day right. Stick around after and celebrate the better weather with bottomless brunch after the class! 

This class is designed to cultivate joy and a deep sense of well-being; whether you’re deep in your yoga practice or a complete beginner, you’ll emerge with your inner peace restored and ready to embrace the week ahead. You’ll be encouraged to use breath work to move through a relaxing and nourishing flow, with adjustments offered to ensure the class works for you and your body. Set to your favorite disco throwbacks in a space with gorgeous natural light and heated flooring, your new happy place awaits. After class, enjoy a mimosa (Prosecco or No-secco available) included!

After class, stick around to enjoy Saw Grinders Union’s famous bottomless brunch to celebrate your feel-good Sunday! Book in via the SGU website, or rock up ready to groove on the day. 

Class will begin at 11:15am and run for 1 hour. Please arrive at 11am to prepare to start. Wear whatever you’re comfortable in; this is a perfect time to show off your fave matching set! As long as you can move freely, it’s perfect. This class will be a gentle, lower impact workout this adjustments available to suit a wide range of ability.
