Nowhere near enough staff, meaning we were waiting between 45 & 90 mins for drinks & food. Staff were friendly & doing their best, but there seemed to be a complete lack or organisation & it seemed very chaotic. The lack of staff was made even stranger considering SGU knew exactly how many people were coming as the event was ticketed!

Completely overstretched. Too many tickets sold and not enough staff and facilities. Not even enough beer. Sold out before the game even started.

The Managment of the euro final at saw grinders union was a utter shambles. The seating arrangements to see the screen was completely wrong. The process of placing orders was inaccurate. The waiting times to be served was over 45 minutes , and then probably best of all the venue run out of its two premium draft lagers on what everybody knew was going to be the busiest night of the year ??? Why did you sell more tickets then what The venue was capable of handling ?? Pure greed.

After purchasing a table of 4 ticket fir roughly £90 which included 2 pints of lager or cider, after arriving at 6 we was told there was no lager left and they couldn’t serve food as they where too busy and then later in the night run out of vodka, abit of a joke how you let this happen!

Poor sound quality for much of the evening. Poor organisation with drinks. Ran out of draught lager and hour and a half before the game even started.

Lovely place but completely under staffed both occasions I have been to the saw grinders union. Being told there's a 30 or even 45 minute back log on drinks and we are not allowed to order is just crazy. Tickets were sold so the amount of people at the venue was not a surprise. Also I would assume due to covid restrictions the venue wasn't even at full capacity. Really disappointing especially when drinks are already at a premium price you expect better service.

Utterly dreadful experience. Never again. Service abysmal. Drinks abysmal. Sat for over an hour with no drinks. Complete and utter rip off. Rude and unhelpful staff.
