Our host was very accommodating with our suggestions (music and air conditioning needed adjusting). Security were aimiable and not obtrusive. Bar staff were friendly and attentive. Bar and tiered admission prices were reasonable. This event attacted a friendly crowd however we noticed the music wasn't to everyone's taste. Djs need to work with the crowd to keep them dancing ... We don't know if this event was a sell-out because the weather might have detered people. All in all, this venue, with some minor adjustments, could appeal to a gap in the market ... day raves / club classics ... see you again ?'?
Ps. nice attention to detail, loved the sweet bowls.

Anything over £5 for this event was a rip off.
This was a very poor experience! Only about 20people in the back room of (a rather nice) c**ktail bar. No atmosphere at all! The music was bad more techno 90s than hip hop or classics. Staff even looked bored! We arrived at 5:30 and left at 6:30 to go home as it was that bad.not actually sure what my £11 paid for. I could have walked into that bar on any other Saturday and thought that was just the DJ they have on. Shocking

Arranged this for my birthday with a group of friends. Got there 5.30 and it was more or less empty, within an hour it was just us and 3 other people. Music was nothing any of us recognised, zero atmosphere just a cold dark room. We didn't even get our tickets scanned, how this was advertised as almost sold out I'll never know, there was nobody there! It was a bar with music playing.
Felt embarrassed I'd asked everyone to travel over an hour to get there. Left after an hour and a half, rubbish birthday

The music was poor, it was way too loud considering there was hardly anyone in the venue , even though when the tickets were purchased there was "last few remaining " venue was okay although there were sold out of a few drinks , people's tickets wasn't even being checked on the way in , we left after about an hour, complete waste of money

Promoter a bit panicky because of the number of ticket holders not turning up due to the bad weather. But a great afternoon to let your hair down and have a good dance.

We didn't end up staying long as the the sound level was extreme. Bar staff couldn't hear what we wanted to order, was crazily loud! All 10 of us were happy to leave after only an hour.
