Hi sorry I bought ticket for all weekend but I couldn't make it due to getting covid and being really bad with it and wondered if I could possibly have a refund as I couldn't make it .I would know what atmosphere the venue or music was like I'm sorry

Sound issues on both days and waiting time between acts because of this.
1st day moved to indoors (which we understand) but very poor bar choice with no bitter at all so down and up 5 floors of stairs every time we wanted a drink.

Granted Friday couldn't be helped due to weather but bands equ Equipment wasn't working so didn't enjoy the full potential of the bands, but well done too them carrying on! Saturday the main headliner oasis was amazing, loved it, however the set was a small cornered off piece of the beach, drinks was horrific! Not much choice, food trucks only one, not very festival like, could have saved my money and watched from the pier, much to be desired for next year

Lovely festival with low prices, well set up!
Staff did amazing with a quick change of venue, due to high winds on the Friday.
It was well worth it and good for the community.

Sound wasn't very good to start with Friday and Saturday running 1 hour and 10 mins behind alot of problem and alot of waiting around.
Great bands
Shame radio romantic had to tone it down because of complaints
But other then that

Best band by far radio romantic the hive was host on first day due to high winds sound was awful kept breaking down should be renamed the dive second day sound issues again poor setup on beach better sound and view from outside sectioned area we left early wouldn't recommend

Weather can't be controlled but moving to a venue with no disabled access was not very good. 2nd day was windier than 1st but stayed outdoors, which was a free for all any one could watch from the pier or the perimeter. Feel let down by the whole experience xx
