as per usual let down with the toilet facilities absolutely disgusting drinks over priced but yiu would expect that the best groups were left to the end should be more seating for people who didn't bring there own. Great atmosphere

Compared to last year not as good. Facilities were awful. No hand washing areas and the men were all using the toilets when there was clearly an area stating urinals. Food was not very good. Shame you can’t bring in a picnic as more healthier option

not as good as last year. music was too spread out. no great tunes were being played in between acts. food great and reasonable but drinks too expensive. no gluten free options so should be allowed to bring own food.

The VIP area was shockingly bad. No one was maintaining the toilets and by 6pm an entire block had ‘Out of Order’ signs leaving less than half available to use. This creating long queues for the toilets, which were in a disgraceful condition. Clearly no one was checking them or emptying the bins. Not good enough considering this was a key selling point of the VIP area and the £100+ ticket price per person.

The champagne bar wasn’t particularly slick, constantly running out of the bottle bags/ice/water on the side. At one point a member of staff went to get ice and brought back just 1 bag, which would have lasted 5 minutes. He could easily have brought back 4, or as a colleague did later, use a trolley.

The staff were lovely, just needed better management.

Very spa**e seating, not enough for the amount of tickets sold. We had to stand the whole time. Given the fantastic weather shaded areas would have been a good idea. Not everyone wants to be/or can be in the sun all day. There was some shade by the main bar, again spa**e seating, which was taken within the first hour.

On the good side there were people regularly picking up litter.

I would definitely NOT recommend this event.

paid for VIP and very disappointed with the ladies toilet facilities. 1 whole block of 4 had to be closed as out of order, the other 4 were all blocked so not a pleasant experience.
expected better which was why we went for VIP.

Not told prior to arrival no food/drill. Many smugglers had alcohol. No screens to to if far from stage.
