Review of Bridgerton Orchestral Tribute - Windsor

I enjoyed the concert very much. My only negative comment would be regarding the late start and the late finish. I had dinner reservations at a restaurant nearby for 8.30pm. As the concert over ran for so long I left at 8.25pm and didn't see the end of the concert.

Lead singer voice is weak, can't hear lead singer's voice whenever back up singers sings

It was a lovely event in a lovely setting. It went on longer than scheduled, however the music was brilliant.

Late start and they hadn't run the program as a whole including the interval and compare notes so the finish time of 8 (8.15 with the delayed start) actually was 8.50 - unfortunately people had to leave as they hadn't anticipated this. It's a shame as the ensemble was wonderful and the program covered everything which was more than I expected. Loved the addition of some of the orchestral pieces as well as the pop songs

Annoying way to buy tickets. Won't use again.

Let in late to the venue then couldn't sit in the area we had booked tickets for which was disappointing. 

The show started almost 20 mins late which would have been fine if there had been any announcement to let us know what was going on but there was nothing at all communicated. Consequently the show ran well over the advertised end time which meant we (and others) had to leave early and miss the end to get booked trains which was a real shame. The show would have been longer than advertised even if it had started on time!

Having said that the orchestra were brilliant and the music was superb. The narrator, however, clearly hadn't rehea**ed with the musicians. She seemed very unsure of when to come in and even read the wrong section out at one point and so repeated it again later on.  That just didn't gel and it was very obvious she wasn't slick at what she was doing which made it a bit disjointed. It was hard to see the musicians too (hence why we booked balcony seats to have a better view but were unable to use them) and when the light was put on every time the narrator spoke it actually lit the flute player and not her.

The idea is great I just don't feel you have fine tuned the show yet to give the audience the best evening.
