I’ve always enjoyed going to this venue for events, but on this occasion I was left with disappointment. Firstly, the music, it was dire, the selection of tracks was from the 70’s and 80’s, the music just did not flow, lots of people sitting down including myself because I had no feeling I wanted to dance and that is not normal for me, I’m usually up on the floor dancing to some great tracks, there where no great tracks! we did approach Monika complaining and have to be fair the music was changed but only for awhile before it went back to how it was. Every event I have attended the music has always had me up on the floor with a good beat, this is the first time I’ve sat down most of the night not wanting to dance but instead wanting to leave, I would of left if it had not been for my friend enjoying herself, however she was also frustrated with the choice of music. Not everyone would agree with what I have written here but it is what I experienced, others, I’m sure enjoyed themselves. I will attend again if only to see if it gets any better. The price that was paid was very cheap indeed, and it was refreshing to see not like other events, these did not hike the prices up, instead you paid an entry fee of £5.50 and got a free drink worth £2.50.

It was first event held outside in these current circumstances. Well planned with enthusiasm by the organisers. As said, new event with some unforeseen minor hiccups that the organisers are going to put right. Over all it went extremely well. All enjoyed and already looking forward to the next one.
One minor quibble; Please put the full address including name of the road and the postcode on the tickets. It would be very useful for any newcomers
