Review of Phill Jupitus Juplicity
This is not a review, it is not a complaint as such, either, I would have preferred to email this to organisers.
Unfortunately, we never made it to the concert, as we never received our tickets, so I'm unable to recommend.
I never received a confirmation email to say that I'd actually paid, no receipt, no communication. Had no idea who I needed to contact. I even came to conclusion that perhaps I hadn't applied for tickets in first instance. However, my bank statement said otherwise, that I had paid for 2 tickets for this event.
We have seen several acts over the years, including Paul Sinna, a couple of times, Rob Bennett, Slaughterhouse and thoroughly enjoyed the evenings. We like to support local adventures that bring business to the town.
The tickets, in previous years, have always been easily obtained online, I've never experienced problems. However, this time, no idea what happened, couldn't find reference to Skiddle anywhere. or where the tickets might be stored.
Would have loved to have seen Phil Jupitus, looking forward to the evening, disappointed that it didn't happen for us.
We would love to be able to participate in future Comedy Week/Fortnight events, but it's not going to happen, as I daren't try to obtain tickets online again using the current process.
Review of Phill Jupitus Juplicity
Great venue, bar service good, small seating area but great atmosphere. The show was brilliant, Phil even comes over during the interval and chats to everyone, even taking selfies for them!
