To start with, he did not seem all that well. He did say he had flu. I wonder how much better he would be when well.
The material was funny and we enjoyed the show. He is quick with clever come-backs to hecklers etc.
I am not sure whether there was much irony, but his views on the modern world were (for me), spot on.

First time at the festival, but it won't be the last. Jason was brilliantly funny and his audience participation was fantastic. He got a good bit of banter going with several members of the audience and it just got funnier with each interaction. I would definitely recommend and I hope he's back next year.
