No signage to correct entrance. Security lacked knowledge. VIP Area overcrowded for the amount of aminaties available. Very little view of main stage in the VIP area

No line up confirmed even on the day of the event. Had no idea who was performing and when and where, disappointing as i missed an act I wanted to see. Drinks extremely expensive. Weather didnt help an otherwise well put together event.

No pre communication from event organisers regarding artist running times. Thus unable to arrange childcare. Some good bands and some not so good but acceptable! £5 for a can of nasty weak larger and £12 for a pizza. The event is a great concept but unfortunately organised by a greedy tin pit company who pride themselves on zero communication and ripping you off!

Paid extra for the VIP area which was tucked away behind fencing. Unable to see the stage from the area and had to keep leaving the VIP area to see the show. The ladies toilets also ran out of paper. The weather was awful which obviously is not the fault of the organizers but there was a lack of covered areas resulting in everybody having to crush in under the tent of the bar. Even if they had umbrellas over the bench seating that would have helped. Not great for a 'VIP area'. Drinks were overpriced - £6 for a can of lager and £25 for a bottle of wine! Ridiculous not allowing people to bring food in. They were going to confiscate a packet of crisps from us but allowed us because my wife is gluten intolerant and the crisps were gluten free.

Great festival, the acts were brilliant and the bar had a wide selection. Prices were reasonable considering it's a festival. The rain didn't dampen our mood. Can't wait for next year

Arrived and there was no parking on site having pre paid. Pointed to the all day car park. No problem. Had couple of bottles of water, aftershave that my ADHD son had in his bag. Toilets were very clean was impressed. Rain did dampen the day a little but really enjoyed ourselves. Missed last 2 groups due to the weather. Good family day out.
