The event was very poorly organised. Gates opened 1.5 hrs late. The ground was waterlogged from the incessant rain. Waited 3.5 hrs for the event to begin on the main stage but it never did. The main stage had enough cover from the rain and yet no artist performed for hours. Could not get closer to the main stage as a big area was barricaded off. Litter from before near the main stage area was not cleaned up. A small tent had some acts running but it was jam packed as it was the only tent with some performances so no more people could get in. The ground was badly waterlogged here as well. Knowing that there was a forecast for heavy rain, the event should have been postponed rather than have it go on without any performances on the main stage for several hours. People waited and waited then walked off from being utterly disappointed. A full refund should be offered as we did not get what we came for.

Hi how do I claim back full refund ,for lookalike festival on Sunday 23rd july , I bought VIP Tickets and there was no vip at all , it was all closed off , the event was late in starting should of started at 12 and didn't let you in gates till 1.30 so missed 2 acts before we got in , went to main stage , and you couldn't get near because they had fenced it all off because they hadn't cleared the rubbish from the night before and it was just waterlogged , act eventually came on for 3 songs and went off , then they announced closing main stage because it was too dangerous , so that meant the next 4 acts didn't appear , all in all it was very badly organised and should have been cancelled as it was dangerous for everybody , so I would like a full refund please

This weekend i took my son to his first festival. The gates opened 2 hours late with 10 minutes notice whilst the first act played to nobody. Upon entry, the closest we got to the one act which bossed it out was about 200m away with a great view of a big swamp being cleaned up by the staff having a boogie, and a stage blocked by a fence taller than all of us. Our VIP tickets were unusable as the VIP area did not exist. Once the 'VIP' area, which anyone could wander into was finally opened, a man who clearly had no clue what he was doing saw me and my son together, shuffled my son through the gate and not me then closed the gate on me so we were apart! Which concluded in another member of staff exclaiming 'wtf are you doing!' at him. Professional. The two acts due next did not arrive so they played a DJ for 2.5 hours whilst we all stood in our swamp waiting for a band which came on 30 minutes late, played 3 songs then the stage got rushed and the band were taken away. Following this the electrics blew, the stage got flooded and the rest of the acts from the main stage was cancelled. I received an email stating they closed 'just 1' of the stages.. 1 of 2! And the 2nd was inaccessible.

Waited 3 and a half hours for bands that didn't come on they should've postponed it to another date wasn't very well organised I've asked for a full refund waste of money

This was a disgrace that should have been cancelled by 10.00am. The gates were 90 minutes late opening and we heard the first act locked outside. Once inside we were fenced off 200 metres from the stage due to absolute waterlogging. VIP area was shameful and no seating was available for 80% of people in VIP at any given time. You would walk in, see the sardine tin and walk out. The main acts didn't end up playing, the rubbish had not been removed from the day before, the toilets were not cleaned from previous days, communication was one way (you couldn't contact anyone).

Other events did the decent thing and cancelled, and refunded, and this should now do the same. Never again with this promoter if that fails to happen.

As a seasoned festival goer, this event was well below expectations. Undeterred by the weather, I attended this event well prepared, sadly the organisers were not prepared. Doors opened 2.5hrs late. Two acts had started just before/as the gate was opening and had finished before many had even entered the event. Despite having VIP tickets I was unable to access the VIP facilities because ‘it was too full’. The quality of the acts were substandard and the set lengths were very short. Long waits between the few acts that did perform. Live acts substituted with music playlists over the poor quality sound system. The main acts as advertised did not perform. Main stage area closed off with barriers. Unsafe numbers of people in the Big Top Tent. Inaccessible to those with mobility issues. Food vendors closed early on in the event. Promoted as a family friendly event, but children were not allowed to sit on chairs in the big top and asked to move to sit out in the pouring rain. Extremely poor organisation and response by the festival organisers to the predicted weather forecast. I would not attend this event again.

Waterlogged, unsafe, no bands on the main stage due to weather. No communication. People struggling everywhere especially those with mobility problems. One smallish music tent in operation but rammed due to weather and no other entertainment on. Started late and finished late. Many other festivals were cancelled due to the weather, This should have been too.

Started late, finished early. Main artist didn't play. No VIP after paying for it. Waterlogged and should have been cancelled. Money refunded or alternative date option given. Very poor communication. All in all disappointing, especially after last year's event being so good.

This event should have been rescheduled. It was absolutely diabolical. Yes we cannot help the British weather but if you cannot keep the event location somewhat accessible and safe for the paying customers then that says a lot. I personally think everyone should be refunded for what was an absolute disgrace of a festival. The acts were cancelled there were acts on before the public had even gained entry due to the times being pushed back nobody could get anywhere near the stage area due to flooding it was an absolute joke. At quite a cost to everyone who attended. So disappointed.

Absolutely horrendous, should have been cancelled and refunded.
Completely money grabbing in all senses.
Zero communication to email questions.
No privacy around the toilets, could see men using urinals whilst trying to swim your way into the gig tent.
No cleaning done from previous days, bins overflowing, the whole event felt very botched/cowboy-esk compared to proper festivals.

Two ours late opening, 3.5 hours early closing. No VIP area. No headline acts appeared. Total washout and should have been cancelled due to the appalling conditions.
Everyone should be refunded or at least given free entry to a rescheduled event.

This event should have been cancelled given the weather conditions. The organisers knew that it was going to be bad as it already been raining for 24 hours solidly before it and it was forecast. It was unsafe and large areas of the park were flooded. I feel it wasn’t cancelled because they would then have had to refund us but they have no intention of doing that. Having one tent under cover which became dangerously overcrowded was criminally negligent and irresponsible. Having been to this event before I know it can be great but yesterday should have been cancelled as many other events were.
