Most of the acts didn’t end up playing like fleetwood Mac, Elton John ect. Weather was pointing down and it should have 100% been rescheduled.

Absolutely a wash out, the event shouldn’t have gone ahead as the venue couldn’t deliver what we’d paid for, missed the first main stage act as late entry couldn’t get near the stage because of flooding and then saw David Bowie waited 2 hours listening to a DJ for Fleetwood Bac saw 15 mins of them just 3 songs before they closed the stage completely so no main stage acts from 5 the other music tent was to small to accommodate all the people so came home wet through seeing only one act and paying rip off prices for drinks £ 10 for a litre bottle of c**e was a joke. Given the WEATHER WARNING was delivered 24hrs earlier the event should’ve been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, I’m a regular festival goer and have all the gear for rain so that didn’t bother me but letting us in through no secuity ( they didn’t even wait for me to get my tickets up on my phone) no bag searches so people were bringing god knows what in, thankfully no knives involved on the day so will not be booking this event again as they took our money and we didn’t get a music day. The artist must have felt they were singing to nobody and I won’t even start on the poor people in wheelchairs …… refunds needed the whole FB feedback is complaints….. bad organization just money over safety and enjoyment

We would like a refund the festival was cancelled due to bad weather which can’t be helped but no information was given to us and the staff had no idea what was going on. Terrible experience

The festival was a wash out. The whole grounds where waterlogged and flooded. Many acts where cancelled and there was an hour and a half wait to get in in the pouring rain so you where drenched through before even getting in. The event should have been cancelled or rearranged

Lack of planning for the weather and consideration towards the artists and paying customers who were stood out in the rain. We were stood far back from the main stage due to barriers so we could not see the acts, the acts were delayed due to the bad weather as well as the door opening time, and the acts that we paid to actually go and see were cancelled (ABBA and Queen.) Refund or a partial refund as MINIMUM should be offered as we did not receive the entertainment we were offered and that we paid for.

This event should never have gone ahead given the weather conditions. No health and safety on place. A full refund should be given immediately

The event was washed out with the weather there were massive ponds of water everywhere

absolutely terrible, should have been cancelled due to the weather. I know the weather can't be helped, but the organisers should have cancelled. the main stage had one act on, then Elton John didn't turn up, Fleetwood mac came on after a 2 hour wait, then the stage was closed and acts cancelled.
complete chaos. should get some sort of refund, I have looked on my app account, but there no facility for this. was at the event for about 3 hours only heard 1 hour of live music then left, what a was of time an money.

Awful. This event should not have gone ahead in this weather. Paid extra for VIP tickets but was a waste of money as we left after half an hour.
