Review of RA Monster Events
There was literally hours between shows, so of course the kids then want to go on the funfair or go to food stalls who were all charging a kings ransom for rides, food and drink. Literally in four hours there we saw 10 mins of monster truck show and 20 mins of a guy on a crosser doing jumps but we couldn't hear what he was saying as his mic had issues. Don't waste your money on this

Rubbish 2 hours between the 5 minute 'shows' nothing else to do unless you're a young child. Disappointing. Also parking was £10 on the door which is ridiculous we spent 15 minutes here and left

I was expecting some Monster trucks action, instead we saw only one truck jumping for 5 minutes over 4 cars, nothing special, and they had some bikes also jumping over a ramp. But overall not what you expect. The food and drinks were pricy and not enough variety, the fun family fair was ok especially if you come with you kids. But next time I would probably choose a different event.

We queued over an hour to get some really cheap quality fast food and it was a rip off too. Generally speaking the queueing for any of the buffet was awfully long and it was impossible to get a ride in a Monster Truck. We queued there for an hour and only managaed to move 5-6 feet during that time. My six year old lost the plot at that point and we left.
Don't ever pay anyting for the "scary attraction". It was a ride of 30 seconds while nothing was happening really.
And lastly, the "show". I'd like to be really polite and just say it's not worth the money we paid for it.

This was really bad. There was no entertainment of any kind for the price of the ticket. You had to pay to park in a field, pay again to enter the enclosure, and once inside, everything had to paid for. We arrived at 2pm and left at 3.45pm having seen nothing.

A nice family day out. The trucks performed going over scrap cars every 2 hourly, with rides and food in the mean time. Although entry tickets were a fair price, it did work out an expensive day over all. 3 kids on the rides were costing £12-15 per ride. It would be better if the entrance ticket was charged more but included all the rides then we would have stayed longer. However, the longer we were there the more rides = more out of pocket. We spent over £100 and was only there a few hours including a hot dog and a slushpuppy each. Now we've been once we don't feel the urge to go again but good to tick it off the kids experience list!
