Review of RA Monster Events
Awful con. 2 mons of a truck going over a car then a 4 hr break . Just a con to get you ar the fairground and pay calrazy prices for dangerous traveling fairgrounds. Not a
Monster truck show!!
Plus £6 to park in a field.
Disgraceful

Review of RA Monster Events
The monster truck element of this event was a short demonstration of a monster truck driving over some cars repeated a few times and a monster truck you could ride on, but the queue was huge. There was a motorbike stunt demo as well, but mostly it was just paying to get into a funfair that you had to pay extra for and had huge queues. I expected a lot more from a monster truck event. There was also no info on event schedules. Very poor.

Review of RA Monster Events
This event was very disappointing. The monster truck show was on twice with 4 hours between shows. The show itself was for about 10 minutes and was one truck only doing the same trick 3 or 4 times. There was a bike stunt show after 2 hours but was only 1 bike and very underwhelming compared to other bike displays we have seen.
The queue for a monster truck ride was 2 hours and £10 per person. Food was really expensive... £7 for cheesey chips! It was basically like paying to go into a bad fairground and then paying again for the rides!

Review of RA Monster Events
Without doubt the worst event I've ever attended! The local village hall fate is more exciting! Extremely poorly managed, nothing at all as advertised. One whole monster truck in the 'show' who drove over the same pile of cars 5 or 6 times and that was it. The magnificent stunt show was one guy going over the same jump several times while his girlfriend struggled to pull a wheelie. The fair was out dated and extremely small. Massively under-catered for the amount of tickets sold with ques an hour long to get a hot dog, no licenced bar as advertised and around 10 portaloos that were disgusting and without toilet roll at 11am, I dread to think what was like by the end of the day. The description of the event says what an amazing event it will be and you'll be talking about it for ages - the only thing we're talking about is what a complete waste of money the event was, laughing about it and discussing what a swindle the organisers pulled because was false advertising at its finest!

Review of RA Monster Events
Advertising drew us in but in reality there was hardly anything there. No characters or people dressed up as shown in other events. Only 1 monster truck not the 2 shown in lots of the adverts. We go to monster truck shows every year this has been the worst. We didnt even stay for the bike show. We left after an hour and by how quickly it emptied out and what people were saying in the crowds many felt the same will avoid this event in future

Review of RA Monster Events
I tried to keep an open mind, but the longer we were there it just felt like a money grabbing exercise.
4 shows were advertised it was believed these would be 4 monster truck shows with stunt shows in between. Nope it was 2 monster truck shows and 2 stunt shows we had missed the first monster truck show due to this confussion (event organisers were answering coments on facebook, which asking about the monster truck show times, with the 4 times). The stunt show was half an hour. Then and hour and a half wait for monster truck show, which was one monster truck doing the same jump over and over for 15 minutes. (People around us were moaning that it was boring, i tried to keep my 4 year old interested in it, but just got a "does it do anything else" )Other people at the venue said the monster truck show was the same each time. I expected more for an event advertised as a monster truck event.
Also speakers for the show were only on one of the four sides of the marked area for the show, so couldn't hear anything they were announcing during the dirt bike show. Which was being performed towards that end, so didn't see much on the other 3 sides.
The was limited food stalls, while there was a wide variety, it was expensive (expected that) but the queues were ridiculous for food that was about mediocre at best.
They advertised a licensed bar, but there wasn't one.
The fair ground rides were OK a little pricey (£4 per person on the twister, £3 per child on kids rides)
More for kids than adults.
Toilets were disgusting, there were 12 porta loos for the whole event. No loo roll in them by the time we arrived at half one, by 3 the water was green (it starts out blue) and there was puddles of liquid (more than likely wee)all over the floor and the toilet handle, luckily I had wipes to be able to clean the seat.
The only bins provided were by the catering trucks, which were over flowing and people were just putting rubbish on the floor.
The were sections of the field that were very muddy, the kids started having lots of fun playing in the mud and there were a few stuck welly boots. So actually the mud was a bit of a saving grace to keep the keep the kids entertained without spending a fortune.
Parking was marshalled going in
But it was absolute chaos getting out, with the only Marshall seen keeping the gate closed that everyone came in by. There were multiple routes of traffic trying to get through one gate to the next section where there were more sections joining, being funneled into 2 lanes (assumed left and right turn, but there was a tiny sign at the end saying no right turn, naturally others were turning right any way)
When we arrived there were people checking tickets, they checked that we had the parking ticket, could have got way with just paying for parking.
So all in all ended up spending over £100 in total for entry, food and rides, at an event, which was just a muddy field with a pay for fun fair with a side attraction of a dirtbike/truck show.
There were monster truck rides (2 trucks) going round another part of the field, they were charging £10 per person. The queue was absolutely huge, one women said she queued for 2 hours. We didn't bother. I don't know how long the monster truck ride was bit I think it was just once round the section of field they were in.
Basically an event that was over hyped, over advertised but under performed

Avoid at all cost. Went there at 12 with expectation of seeing monster truck show at 2pm as advertised. Instead they had motorbike show with no info given before hand. You had to queu to use any of the entertainment half an hour at least, to get water or food 1 hour at least and this was all day! Monster truck ride queue was 2 hours at least. Not to mention the traffic when getting out. Absolutely wast e of money and time.

It was a funfair, the monster show was rubbish, there was only one monster truck and the other was a bike and it lasted a few minutes. Total waste of time. Should have been marketed as a funfair and I wouldn't have gone. I paid £40ish to go to a funfair and then still pay for rides. Awful day.
