We could not attend the event and after waiting hours to get through to an advisor two weeks before the event we were told we couldn't claim a refund! We paid insurance which at the time nowhere stated that a refund would only be granted due to covid cancellation or a car accident! I was informed that that was in the "small print" well I'm sorry at time of booking it was sold as a no quibble refund. Why wasn't the small print bit enlarged and on the all singing and dancing spend your hard earned page. Misleading and customer services was ATROCIOUS. Would NEVER use again!!

Big screens weren't showing anything of the stage live, which meant that you couldn't see anything from the back - very poor!

Event organisers were fabulous, toilet facilities great , ease of access to event great, all staff at event very helpful and professional. Music fabulous, bands etc all fabulous.

Great overall and the bands were fantastic. The exception was the lead singer of 'Killer Queen' who was terrible. Did not seem to be able to sing the songs. Have seen many Queen tribute acts and have never been disappointed before. We went home early in disgust after a few songs.

Drinks were not a reasonable as made out but food was good , atmosphere was amazing

The music was great, the crowd and atmosphere were great, drinks were very expensive but that was obviously going to be the way. I highly recommend legends festival, and £50 for the whole weekend is so worth it!

A great event but they clearly had issues with the sound so we did leave early
Felt a bit sorry for the acts as they were very good.
Overall a good day out

Good access to bar and toilets
Just a shame about the sound set up

Fantastic day & evening on Saturday All the bands were excellent...danced my socks off!

Thank you everyone involved making it a success. Food outlets worked constantly ... great fish & chips.
Stewards kept everyone moving very helpful. Arrived & left with ease. Plenty of toilets THANK YOU
