Music was good but the queues for food and drinks were ridiculous. Stock of some of the drinks had run out after about an hour and all food had run out halfway through the event. Was much better organised last year with a lot less queueing.

Warm ale, 45 minute queuing to get served, food stop serving at 7pm, not allowed to take food or ale in to the venue, no atmosphere,

We purchased a gazebo plot but was horrified when we turned up. We had no view at all of the stage due to the black tent in front of the stage. We were told the day before our plot no was 4 but I don't think we ended up with that one. We did get moved a little further up. Also I don't see the problem with bringing food in to the event - 2.00 till 10.00 is a long time and the thousands of people there can't all get served from the available vendors.
We have been to 2 events now, but not sure if I will book again next year. The entertainment is very good but some of the peripheral rules around the event are a bit strict.

We paid just under £200 for four VIP tickets. To our horror, the VIP area was further from the stage than everyone else, and at an angle. The bar was inadequate, selling only cans. The event advertised multiple food outlets in the VIP area, but there was in fact only one, and that sold only pizza, nothing else. There was nowhere near enough seating, so we had to navigate eating a pizza standing up. The event was a massive disappointment and prior advertising was nothing short of deception. A complete waste of time and money. We left after an hour, as did a lot of other people. We were embarrassed that we had invited - and paid for - two friends to accompany us. WE WILL CERTAINLY NOT BE ATTENDING IN THE FUTURE. We received absolutely nothing for our £200 and would like to know how to obtain a refund.
