Review of POLKER EP LAUNCH
Well what a return to the citadel. 3 excellent artists. Sapho we’re outstanding and the mellow sounds of Jessica Luise broke the night up perfectly.
POLKER then brought the house down with a full on set, superb guitar riffs, excellent sounding lead vocals and a proper modern rock feel.
Absolutely outstanding, this band should go far.

Review of POLKER EP LAUNCH
Great to get back in the Citadel but would prefer getting tickets at the box office, not a fan of booking through apps, bit of a technophobe at my age.
Though Sap ho were great, band too loud for Jessica's vocals.
Polker were really good, great vocals but thought their music was pretty grungy, a wall of sound and too loud for the size of auditorium.
I went along because Maddy the Polker drummer is a friend's granddaughter.
I had heard a track on YouTube which was a slower track and pretty atmospheric, hence my interest.
They should do more variety as the set was pretty full on.
After saying that they were probably glad to let rip in a proper concert type venue.
A good band who should do well.
