Shugborough Hall

Directions to Shugborough M1 - M6 Leave the M6 junction 13 (signed from then on). (You should have picked up the signs at this stage). Follow the signs for Stafford. Straight across first roundabout (Argos Distribution Centre on left). Travel down this main road for approximately 1 miles. You will see the Garth Hotel on your right. Take the second turning on the right after the Garth (there is an Tesco Express garage on the corner). Travel down this road over a railway bridge, then bear left at a mini roundabout. You will next come to a large roundabout. Bear right at this stage and follow the signs for Shugborough (this is the Lichfield Road). You will come to a pair of roundabouts – take Lichfield signs, by filtering left (Shugborough is also signposted). Keep on this road for about 2 miles and you will come to Milford. You will come to Milford Common. Shugborough’s main gates are set back on the left, slightly off the main road and clearly signposted. If the main gates are closed for any reason, access can be gained by continuing on approximately 2 miles along the A5l3 Rugeley/Lichfield road, until you see a service entrance sign, turn left here into the Estate.
