Review of Electric Woodlands
The whole night was lovely, truly a great atmosphere. Line up was the best I had seen for 2021, and production was well thought out. The only thing that let it down was the que for the shuttle bus at the end of the night, we waited in line for three hours. We believe this was due to non ticket holders getting on the buses (tickets weren't checked) to try and get home. Hopefully there will be another one next year and more thought will be put into travel back from the festival.

No complaints if the bar service was faster. The remote location made it impossible to get drinks by card and that was the only option. A simple token system would have been way more more efficient.

this was my first festival event at 27. It was such a good event that I've already been looking for more. I think there might need to be some consideration into possibly more food places as the queues were in the region of 45 minutes which took away from the experience. All staff were friendly. I feel a little more organisation was needed at the bars and I felt the drink were a little more pricey than we expected but the biggest problem for them was the struggle for WiFi with it being a cashless venue which, in turn, increased the queueing time. All in though, I would 100% do it again! it was an amazing setting, amazing artists. the venue was clean and easy to get to.
Well done!

No organisation AT ALL. Bought shuttle bus tickets and it took almost 2 hours in the queue to get onto the bus going home and by the time it dropped us to the station there were NO MORE TRAINS. Had to pay £200 for a cab home as there was no other way! If your organising these events make sure that everything is running properly so ensure everyone gets home safety and in time for trains like the website says so. Next is the bar service - the card readers had no connection meaning you were waiting an hour for a drink at the bar! Meaning missing sets and wasting time. If your going to have a bar up and running why donâ??t you make sure the connection and wifi etc is working properly before trying to make a service work that infuriating everyone and taking a lot of our money for a terrible experience. Will be taking further action with this complaint.

The DnB tent was a bit of a let down. However, the Crucast section made up for it. Great venue with some amazing people. But there could have been a few more bars. But all in all, a very good experience.
