Everything excellent, but should have freshwater supplies, more than one Elsan point and a few more toilets in the motor home area.

Our 3rd year and booked next year ?'?< great atmosphere and live music. The right amount of toilets in the top field and floodlights made it easier. Really need water up there as we had last year. There were 2 entrances last year which made it easier to get up and down. I love that it's a small festival and a little sad it gets bigger every year so ultimately will change and lose that small feeling. Proud we drove the moho off and didn't need a tow. Yes it was very muddy but people didn't know how to approach it, slowed, hesitated and got stuck. Well done Jeff for towing everyone off you were a real super hero ?'?<

Sign of the Times Festival is held at Church End, Nr Little Hadham Herts, SG11 2DY – The What 3 Words location is: whisk.resold.yachting.

Sign of the Times Festival gates will open at 3.00pm on the Friday (20th June 2025) and 11.00 am on the Saturday (21st June 2025) and Sunday (22nd June 2025). Car Parks will open 30 minutes before the gate opening times on each day.

The camp site opens for campers at 9am on the Friday and there is an extra early Thursday evening arrival option where camping ticket-holders can pitch up on Thursday (19th June) evening any time between 5pm and 8pm to get pitched up and settled in early, ready for the weekend, at no extra cost to camping ticket-holders. Thursday free early arrival is for live-in vehicle and tent camping (does not include Glamping early arrival, which has normal arrival times from Friday 9am onwards).

The music is scheduled to finish by 11.00pm each night.

Certainly! Sign of the Times is a family friendly event and children of all ages are welcome! Tickets are available for age groups 14-17 and 5-13. We will have activities outside of the music that children can enjoy each day!

Under 5’s are free and do not need a ticket. Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible ticket-holding Adult aged 21+.

Each attendee can bring sealed bottle of water or soft drink up to 500ml.  Free drinking water points will be available throughout the festival, so you can bring an empty reusable plastic or aluminium bottle to the event for water refills. Due to licensing conditions, alcohol cannot be brought into the music arena. Anyone found trying to sneak alcohol into the festival will be denied entry.

Personal picnics are also permitted into the event, upon arrival, but no metal/glass utensils or cool boxes, for safety and security reasons. Further take-away food cannot be brought in during the event.  There will be a wide choice of caterers who will be very reasonably priced. Any person with specific dietary requirements can inform the festival in advance and, where suitable options aren’t available on site, they will give dispensation to bring suitable food to the event.

Please note, to allow time for security bag searches, the festival are operating a ‘no big bags policy’, so no large rucksacks or bags are permitted. Only small rucksacks/bags with length/width dimensions approximately no larger than a piece of A4 paper can be brought into the music arena.

There is no ATM facility on the Sign of the Times Festival site but all the bars will accept credit and debit cards, including contactless.

Folding chairs, blankets, etc, can be brought into the event. There will be a huge open-air viewing area with great views of the stage and screens from all parts of the site. If using a folding chair we would respectfully ask that they are not located near the front of the stage for safety reasons as this is the area where people stand.

You are asked that folding chairs, if used in the tent stage, are kept to the back of the tent and do not obstruct doorways and walkways. Unattended chairs will be removed by security.

Dogs, kept on leads at all time, are allowed into the festival and camp sites. Any dog fouling must be cleaned up and disposed of. For their welfare, we request that dogs are not exposed to long periods of loud music near the stage. We also request that weather conditions are taken into consideration when bringing dogs to the festival and remind customers that dogs should not be left unattended in vehicles during hot weather. Water points will be located throughout the arena & campsites to fill dog water bowls and keep them hydrated.
