Review of Sign of the Times
High quality music from all performers at Sign of the Times 2024. Highlights for me were Kula Shaker and Hot House Flowers! It is a good location, with tent and vehicle camping opposite each other on hills overlooking the arena. Food and bar prices are expensive but not surprising. With the torrential rain on Friday night, I guess there was not a lot the organisers could do about the sea of mud in the arena. However, I do feel they should have tried to lay down straw or something in the car park, which became a dangerous mud trap. Tbh that put me off returning for the third day.

VIP food was atrocious. Blurb said 'A top-quality BBQ, offering a range of meat, vegetarian and vegan options, accompanied by a variety of accompaniments and salads plus a range of sweet choices.' On the Sunday, the only choice was a not very nice hot dog, nothing else, apart from a not very nice chocolate pudding thing.
No water in the toilets, so couldn't wash your hands, yuk.
The big top was far too near the VIP section, so, although you could see the main acts, you couldn't hear them.

First time @signofthetimes festival this year, and even with the rainy weather I'd do it all again. The size of the site means that you spend your time watching music rather than walking between stages. Can't wait to see next year's line-up.

Despite the mud it was a great day on Saturday. The only negative is the tent and the main stage was too close so it could be difficult to hear the main stage if you didnt want to stand right at the front.

£7.00 for beer is steep but we know it these days! Well organised event, great bands, all good apart from posh showers and loos blocked by Sat evening! Weather not great this year but that's what it is! Will certainly look to book this festival again.

A fabulous event, but difficult to negotiate in the pouring rain and mud! The bands and atmosphere were fantastic, but not enough shelter for those who did not pay for VIP tickets. That said, we'll be back next year!

The price of the ticket, in comparison to the line up was unquestionably good value for money, everyone we meet was really friendly and helpful. The cost of food and drink was also good value for money.

Great line up, went to see a couple of headliners and loved some of the earlier acts. Camping in a great location close to the arena. Shame about the weather but still a great weekend.

Review of Sign of the Times
Cheap and cheerful with friendly crowd and staff but toilets were dreadful by second day. Low quality alcohol brands sold at high prices £7 per pint and food wasn't food outlets weren't great either. Line-Up was taste dependent (loved Starsailor and Travis were great). However, both the main stage and tent were situated too close as the sound clashed between them. Then there was the mud, nobodies fault except the rain but made the entire event extremely hard work.

some great acts on for the sunday we were coming to. However the absolutley terrible weather took its toll and the whole place was a mud bath. We only stopped for a couple of the bands we really wanted to see and headed home. Shame the weather was such a downer and would have loved to have stayed there a bit longer. no ones fault of course. we will come back next year.
