Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
It was a good night however it was very intense as I thought it would have been for my first haunted house experience I wasnât very satisfied as it was very scary especially when we went later on in the day to experience it in the scarier period.

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
Expectation was high but it nose dived.
The action in the hotel was very good.
But could had spent more time and effort on prompts.
Once outside there was nothing for free. Everything had a cost.
Axe throwing wasn't ooen why ?
All tables were wet from the rain, why wasn't these wiped dry for customers.
There was a girl singing, she done her best but where was further live music on the big stage.
Why wasn't there any further engagement from the event outside.
It wasn't busy and lacked atmosphere.
Nit work £25
Very disappointing

Review of Hitchin Halloween Pop Up
This should have been put on over maybe 2-3 days rather than 12. It was fine and had potential to be good but it was very quiet Iâm guessing due to the number of previous events. There was not enough vendors there to justify the 25£ for my family just to walk in. It would have been ok price wise with just paying the people there but not enough happening to justify the entry fee. The singer was great but as it was quiet she sadly wasnât singing to anyone at the front.

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
Falsely advertised maybe or just bitten off more than they can chew as the organisers....40 minutes waiting the queue, when you get in, more waiting around, then 20 minutes or so walking around, which was average at best, actors were fine but it was sooooooo rushed! No story line because of how rushed we were, you could tell there were too many people there. When it ended, the whole of my group were like ???? Was that it???? And then you're led to a field with two food trucks....no live singer as advertised, one ride, axe throwing which wasn't available...it just wasn't giving any kind of vibe🤣 kind of felt like the chocolate factory disaster earlier in the year....so disappointed, wouldn't bother again

Review of Hitchin Priory
Amazing experience! So immersive and interesting from start to finish. Myself and the group I was with loved feeling included and getting our individual chance to be picked on as part of a scene. The Venue itself is so spooky which was heightened throughout the maze with lots of jump scares and thrills. Even better than classics like Tullies Farm because of the storyline and perfectly executed scenes from a variety of terrifying characters. The Actors were truly amazing!
If you have a late slot and get there earlier I’d suggest enjoying the outside activities and vendors before or getting stuck in after your maze slot! Great activities including pumpkin carving, axe throwing, rides etc. So special to have live music too, so even once you’re finished your slot you have another event to enjoy! Loved the free marshmallow toasting after having a drink outside too. All of the staff from reception to the bar and everywhere in between were so friendly and accommodating. 10/10 experience, we can’t wait to come again next year!

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
Amazing experience, definitely unique to the area. Actors were great and it was cool to have a 20 minute experience rather than a 2 minute maze. Just a warning though, my husband and another in my group have asthma and they struggled in the room with the fog

Review of A Nightmare at The Priory
I think this was the first of this kind of event held at the Priory which with time will no doubt grow into som**hing amazing, it was well organised and the actors were all really good, not as scary as some we have been to but still worth a visit
