Facilities terrible inside. Overflowing toilets. Long queues as not enough toilets. No where to sit. Over priced drinks. £45 warm in chilled Prosecco. £35 bottle cheapest wine. All drinks were warm! Unchilled! Literally poorest facilities.

I am in the process of writing a complaint currently. Having now attended two years in a row this year felt like whoever was organizing had given up. VIP was a shambles - anyone was going in and out, there wasn't inadequate quantities of seating (when this was the top line being used to advertise VIP), the toilets had permanent queues, accessibility was viewed as "needing a wheelchair" with no consideration for anything else that may require adjustments as a disability, there was blatant illicit drug use - despite it being widely advertised no drugs to be brought in and allegedly drug dogs on site, we witnessed someone collapse and be dragged to the side by security instead of being taken to medics and the same woman was also observed being taken advantage of by a man who slipped a tablet into her mouth by a security guard. It felt seedy, unsafe and scummy and had it not been for Peter Andre and east 17 and the company of my friends it would have been an absolute waste of our time and money, it seems as though this was a gig you needed to be high or drunk to enjoy. Will think twice about attending next year.

The VIP area was a joke⦠awful Bulgarian wines, only 6 tables, huge lines to the toilets, ran out of beer twice, took ages to get to the bar, and more woman in the mens toilets than men etc etcâ¦..
Itâs was better outside the VIP area than in itâ¦. Complete waste of money!!!!

We paid for vip the vip area was awful waterlogged only a few table and chairs no chilled wine and the price was shocking you could see better if you wasnât vip only 3 toilets that got disgusting I have pictures to show. The ropes from the bar was dangerous. Really what was right???

The. VIP area was very disappointing. Not enough seats. Based on the lower ground so very muddy Couldnât see the stage . Toilet queues were over 30 minutes. It was rediculously over priced. Would never recommend this to anyone. We didnât spend any time in there. The toilet queues in the main area moved far quicker and the bar was actually faster. No benefit at all for paying twice the price. In fact it was far worse that the standard ticket price
