Great day staff not so good though took forever getting served this time felt like I was speaking a different language trying order drinks
Also one member of staff stood doing nothing didn't ask if I was getting served which I wasn't the bar downstairs bit quieter at this time then a man comes along she serves him then another when I said she said I was standing at bar where no service her attitude terrible
No sign saying this and the men were clearly standing at same point as me
She still didn't serve me another girl did

Your staff should be treating everyone equally they obviously get away with it when it's younger clientele but manners don't cost anything
If your staff not up to pressure of job they shouldn't be employed in this environment will definitely not be rushing back
