The venue was so hot sweat was literally dripping from my nose and I was stood still!! The band were 2.5 hours late on and stayed for approx 20 min! The venue was way over crowded and I heard people were being let in on the door without having paid the price for tickets to see 5, who were shocking by the way. We left after 2 songs.

Absolutely disgusting bar staff rude didnt know what they were doing or how much to charge it was very hot inside and no aircon switched on
No sense of order noone knew what was going on
The group advertised on stage at 10 didnt turn up till after 1200 and then for only 40 mins max and im being generous with time
Sounded awful at first like drunk karoke bar
Will deffo not recommend bredbury hall to anyone if possible i will advise people to avoid it
All it all i think it was just a way fro bredbury hall to make money i paid for vip when placed in vip area couldnt see anything so we did what everyone else did went to main dance floor to see group we paid for
Never got the meet the group either and that was part of the vip ticket so i kinda think that was false advertising
I would like skiddle to raise these points and possibly refund me something as it wasnt worth the money that i paid
Esp when people were getting free entry on the night and if you got there early enough you were given free vip access by bredbury hall
Total rip off on bredbury halls side
It totally ruined the night
I just glad there was no emergency there as dont think anyone would have survived due to staff not knowing what they doing
Also got charged over 75 pound for three drinks at bar i paid by card i dont even have recepit for card machine it just on my bank statement
So i got my bank investigating that
Just be careful at bredbury hall it a RIPP OFF

Absolute joke and waste of money false advertised times to over fill the club spent nearly 60 quid for 2 of us to be covered in sweat and listen to a shocking set. Want a refund.

Awful!!! They didn't turn up until 12.15am!! Despite being repeatedly told by the DJ from 11pm that they would be '15mins'. The service in the club was bad, seriously understaffed. We waited for them to start and only stayed 15 mins as the sound was awful and they had a tiny spot on the dance floor. Seriously disappointed and think payment should be refunded, Especially as people were being allowed to pay on the door at the usual club price and not the £25 each I had to pay!!

Wow. What an utterly horrendous experience. Bredbury Hall was absolutely rammed, roasting, under staffed and chaotic.

Everyone was lied to from about 10pm that 5ive were "in the building." Well, they must have got lost on the way to the stage as they didn't start their pathetic excuse of a set until 12:15 lasting all of half an hour until they scarpered. At least ***** Turpin wore a mask as he vanished into the night with people's money, not this brazen bunch!!

Sound quality was horrendous, constantly ringing out giving all 500+ in attendance tinnitus for about a week.

Actually felt sorry for three fifths, sorry, 5ive. The two lads who did all the rapping years ago had long since departed, leaving these poor saps to 'cause all the devastation as they stepped into the place.'

This felt like a student's union show, which, had I not forked out £50 for two tickets, I wouldn't have felt so ripped off.

In a nutshell don't go to Bredbury Hall for a gig, don't pay to watch 5ive and if you fancy a trip down memory lane, play the 5ive megamix instead.

Terrible. Club was over full, people fighting and knocking each other over. Temperature was too hot, guests fainting! Five were 2 hours late to perform and were on stage for only 25 minutes. 25 minute que at the bar for over priced drinks.

Terrible event. Venue was totally unsuitable. Arrived at 9.30 and left at 10.45 as could see it was over capacity and was extremely unsafe. After reading the terrible reviews i think made the right choice and expect a full refund.

Due to come on at 10pm. Finally made it after midnight. No stage so if not near the front you couldn't see. Didnt have a drink for hours while waiting as no drinks on 'dance floor'. People pushing and shoving and took ages for a bouncer to react to the trouble. Wouldnt visit that place again. Disappointing!! The sounds was off for the 1st song, dont even think scott's mic was on. Overall a let down. Should have been at the ritz like previous shows. Much better venue!

Absolute Disgrace!!! I want a full refund of over £50 paid for 2 tickets. Bought these for my friends 30th birthday and what a let down. Like all the other reviews, the venue was a joke, way past capacity and the heat was unreal. The 2 hour wait was a joke after being promised since 10pm they will be ten minutes. Love 5ive and when they were on we loved every minute (no matter what people say about that) shame it was 30mins long. What a shame to let all them people down who paid a fortune to see them!! I want a full refund and if I don't hear with 2 days will take it further with you & BBH.

Quite possibly the worst night of my life and it was all down to the venue, Bredbury hall. They told us 5ive would be on at 10 and they didn't come on until gone 12am and they only sang for about 30 minutes. The DJ said they would be on in 15 minutes over and over for 2 hours. The club was way too busy, we couldn't move and I got pushed into a wall and bruised my arm. It was so hot, about 40degrees, there was no air. So disappointed at what was promised to be a good night. Will be making a complaint to the hotel. I left a bad review on their Facebook site along with hundreds of others and they have taken them all down and have taken off the option to leave a review now. Bredbury Hall needs shutting down and all the staff need sacking, they're rude and dot have any due care for their guests!

Tbh I'm not able to comment about 5ives performance as after waiting over 2hours for them to come on stage in what I can only compare to a sweaty cattle pen, we were tired, dehydrated, been pushed and shoved left right and centre so we left! Considering we paid a lot for the tickets I am extremely disappointed and I think they were mis sold and would expect a full refund for the inconvenience/dissatisfaction/dehydration/bruises incured! Would not recommend this venue. It's not at all appropriate and very very overly packed. The drinks were ok when we FINALLY got served ... Never again ... Avoid!

I am actually appalled at the price we paid for this. There was no air con so the place was like a sauna, getting a drink was near impossible and 5ive didn't come on until after midnight and then only did half an hour. Shocking.

ABSOLUTE JOKE......Were told they'd be on at 10ish but they didn't get on stage til after midnight, however that wasn't the worse thing as when they finally did come on the stage, they were barely on it for 20 mins and did all of 5 songs. All of which were awful can not believe they think it's acceptable to keep us waiting (think they had there own fun before gracing the stage from what we could all see) What an absolute rip off! There were far to many people they had totally oversold for the size of the room. People fainting one of which started fitting it was awful to see. We were getting pushed around, the heat was unbearable. Please get in touch as I require a FULL refund.

The band came on at 12.15am and were on for 30 minutes. No good enough and cost of the tickets were a joke. We also paid for Five not 3 members of the band another joke as this was not advertised. Overall a rubbish night out.

Absolutlely shocking nite. The venue was far to busy not enough staff members on the bar and when i did get to the bar they told me the half price dinks offer wasnt on although they had advertised this on there facebook page , the place was so hot it was too uncomfortable. Bredbury hall advertised that 5 would be on at 10pm and the dj kept saying another 10mins and they will be on, they finally came on at midnight!!! The sound system was shockin and we left after the 1st song. Myself and all my friends were really looking forward to this event but was completely let down by the whole evening. Ive seen alot of complaints today on bredbury halls facebook page and i dont hold much hope of them hosting any nites like this again as there is plenty of people that would never go there again.

It would have been a good night if I actually got to see them band didn't turn up until 12:30 and only stayed on for 30 mins the venue was to hot (80 degrees) inside and it was far to small for the occasion I left at 11:30 as I had to be up for work early in the morning. So all in all a waste of time and money
