Review of Screamania: Spooky Vale

This is not as advertised on the website. The website promised an incredible Spooky Arena challenge – a unique mix of a crystal maze type challenge, a treasure hunt, live actors and cutting edge technology. In reality we sat on the floor in a tent while bubbles were blown at us, hardly cutting edge technology. Utterly disappointing. 

Absolute shambles......no atmosphere, no organisation and my son got an injury. I'll be asking for a refund!

If you like an organised day out this is not for you. However my 7 year old had lots of fun and said he would score it 5 out of 5! He got to go on everything lots of times and really enjoyed the shooting games. I think the venue is let down by a lack of atmosphere and most of the staff are trying too hard and forgetting to have fun with the children. More costumes, a few prizes, lucky dips or anything to keep the children entertained whilst waiting between events would be better. Parents won't like it but the younger children seemed to be having fun! 

The event was unorganised and a complete shambles! I hope they give us refund as the poor experience we had wasn’t worth the money we paid for! 

we were turned away as the event wasn't even ready! Technical fault apparently but I was left with 2 very upset and disappointed 6 year olds! 

Probably the most pathetic excuse for an event I have ever, and ever will pay for and attend. The event organisers were unprepared, really poorly acted, unorganised. It was embarrassing! It felt like the real organisers had been murdered and burried under the tent and the local clampits had taken over. 
What an absolute farce! I would recommend you cancel if you can and not waste your precious afternoon with your families on this pathetic event!
