I love all the old artists as in jacki Graham Martin kemp Kelly Wilde Sonia toyah etc etc loved this year but not as much Damage was the group that kicked it for me this year they was amazing can they come back next year

This event has been better the last few years ago…this year the acts was good but had a couple of hiç ups with the sound and mikes etc etc Leroy luv was amazing at what he does well he always is over all a good day but would have been even better if the rain had kept off …still had a good time over all

fantastic day ..the only thing is need better speakers/sound. we had vip tickets you could not hear in the tent. the sound system overall needs improving for the whole of the venue only if you stood in certain areas was the sound good.

Doubled in price this year, with pretty much the same acts. No entertainment or funfair for the kids and a really limited selection of food vendors. It does have a great atmosphere, but the fact you can't take food and can spend a long time queuing for drinks, it was a disappointment, based on previous years events.

It’s a very good event . Good selection of food and drinks . At times the music was loader than the vocals
But all in all had a great day . Extremely lucky with the weather on Saturday.
Took some water which was emptied I could not find the water fountain. Most security people were lovely the odd one bit over the top it was only water. If I go again I will make sure it’s a sealed bottle of water

Brilliant, except a fight broke out in the VIP area and the security were useless, didn’t even throw them out

Review of Northern Soul On The Pitch

Northern soul is dance music with a specific beat. It’s for dancing to! It requires a dance floor and shoes with smooth soles. There was NO DANCE FLOOR !!!! Just grass
The band were not a northern soul band they were a reasonable music band who played a few northern soul records ! They sounded like an 80’s band like Simply Red NOT NORTHERN SOUL !!
It was pretty dreadful !!
If I had known what it was I would not have wasted my money. There was also no info about bringing your own chairs etc etc all in all a huge disappointment

VIP was not as good as last year. Only half a bar serving us and had to share it. No table service option except for drinks packages. Not as many tables under cover but did like having more tables in the open. Wud be nice to have a 1 bag only entrance to speed up entry. Bar prices were good but entry ticket price expensive for wat we got.
