Vernon Mill Autumn Open Studios 2017 Vernon Mill is one of the largest artist-led studio groups in the country, sited on the 3rd and 4th floors of an historic mill in Stockport. It began in 2000 and has grown into a vibrant community of more than 60 artists. The main website can be viewed here. www.vernonmillartstudios.co.uk Vernon Mill's non-elitist approach to welcoming artists on board has resulted in a diverse and fertile range of art from contemporary to traditional styles, beginners as well as experienced artists and sculptors. The open studios event will feature work by over 40 artists. The event starts at 6pm on Friday 13th October until 9.30pm and Sat – Sun 14/15th Oct 11-5pm, with an opening night on Friday of original art (to view and purchase), music and refreshments. Free entry and all are welcome.
