4 amazing events building on last years events format.
This time we have a pairs event. With separate podiums for males/females/mixed pairs. We are looking for 66 teams in total
Event 1 - 1 mile run (2 x 400m runs each using a baton)
Event 2 - Barbell complex. 4/3/2/1 deadlift/hang clean/front squat/over head
Event 3 - A longer Hyrox event using ski-ergs
Event 4 - Crossfit Style Chipper. Boxes. barbell. burpees and dumbbells.
