Review of Frankie Allen LIVE - Stoke
Frankie was on form, very funny. The venue however, was not very good. It was very cold (most people kept coats or hoodies on) and the drinks were expensive. ie. Can of Budweiser was £4.80.

Review of The Royal Music Hall
Absolute dreadful, a child could manage a place and ‘team’ better
Not a single face that didn’t look like a slapped A** the entire time between the staff
Maybe instead of standing around in view of customers smoking a vape they should be serving the people at the bar… just a thought seeing as that’s what they are paid to do?
Drinks are ridiculously priced, to the point where other groups and myself included were going to other pubs in between for decently priced drinks and decent service
Shout out to ‘The Unicorn’ around the corner who’s staff were amazing and drinks were priced brilliantly
Fence outside is a complete hazard, near enough everyone at the event tripped over it and some even went completely over and needed help getting up with none of the paid security or staff to be seen… surely any accidents should be logged?!
Was removed from the venues smoking area and told to smoke out front to make room for the night clubs guests on the Friday and Saturday which wasn’t ideal, having to leave drinks unattended and also nowhere to distinguish cigarettes… not a great look either for non-customers walking past
Despite the appalling management and just as awful staff well done to hot rock promotions - Joe Newbon who hosted the event!!

Review of The Royal Music Hall
Absolutely disgusted with Ladies Night on 12/3/22
Queued outside for 35 mins freezing cold, no seating left on entry, bar service terrible! Place was cold & dirty! Missed the actual entertainment because lack of seating, standing only couldn’t see the stage for people!! Actually won afternoon tea for 2 on bingo but never received the prize!! Toilets disgusting, whole venue was cold dark & dingy needed a good clean!! These events need better organisation to say the very least! Thoroughly disappointed with everything!

Review of 50 Shades : Ladies Only Night - Stoke
It was nothing what was expected based on the description of the event. The bar service was terrible , waited over an hour in a not very long queue , pirely beacuse the staff wasn't ready also some of them didn't even know how to make certain drinks, or drinks was in the cellar , or was struggling to open a new bottle or didn't know how to use the till and so and so on!!!The show itself was also disappointing too! On a lady's night watching gay performance on the stage is not what I wanted to pay for! Twice been chosen man instead of woman to bring up to the stage...!All 4 stripper boys done almost identically the same choreography! From the 2 hours show probably around 45 minutes when the boys was up on the stage, the rest was to listen to the show host who was singing with no voice!!!!!Poor performance! Poor service! Disappinting night! I would like to request to get a refund!

Absolutely awful, no organisation at all. Unless you were a VIP you couldn't see a thing, we could only hear the crowd. It took over an hour to get served drinks and this after queuing for 40 mins plus to even get in the venue. Refunds should of been given because by 8.45 my group of 8 decided to leave as did many others. I felt sorry for manager having to deal with so many complaints, I will never book this event again

We had a lovely time but thought there would be a police officer stipper and it would of been good if all the men came on at the end the drinks was very expensive a woman was on a bench and she fell on my head
The benches were not that stable

Anyway needed more time to be told how many people were attending. Waited over an hour waiting to be served a drink at the bar meaning we missed a lot of the 3 hour show.

Review of 50 Shades : Ladies Only Night - Stoke
Awful “event”-
Doors opened at 7- still waiting outside at 7:30 to get in, the “VIP” area was ridiculous- just benches packed onto eachother. Couldn’t hear a word people performing were saying due to the awful sound quality.
Strippers were to be honest crap- late, no costumes as such and all pretty much did the same thing to awful music.
A woman collapsed in the venue, no ambulance arrived to help; the first aid trained woman was horribly rude and the woman was then allowed to continue drinking despite being clearly paralytic.
This event was shocking and for a group of 6 of us we all left disappointed, shockingly out of pocket for the extortionate drinks prices and let down.
This was not a ladies night at all. It was an absolute sxit show.
