Really disappointed with the night overall,
freezing cold in the venue
poor views of the stage
had to queue for 45 mins at the bar to get a drink, the service was absolutely shocking and really expensive, the staff were more concerned about sorting out the table service rather than serving customers at the bar in fact there were more people serving the tables than at the bar
the dancers were more interested in involving the vips so when they went into the crowd no one could see them
overall a really poor night considering there were 8 of us all together it was a lot of money spent to stand there freezing cold and not see any of the dancers
the only good thing was the butlers who were really friendly and took the time to have a chat and pictures

Unfortunately I thought it was overpriced and it didn’t feel very well organised behind the bar. I felt that the entertainment was only for the VIP wrist band holders and everyone else was just there for numbers.

Need a proper queing system for the bar, me and my friend waiting an hour to get served. It was disgusting as we we stood at the bar itself for at least 30 minutes of that and no one acknowledged us, everyone else from behind got served before us. We missed half of the show due to that. I understand that it was very busy and the bar staff were doing the best they could but i really do think you could put a que system to make it fair and also would take so much stress off bar staff.

It was to crowded, it took me 45min to get a drink by this time I missed some of the show. The V.I.P area was shocking because everyone was standing on tables and chairs so the others who were standing couldnt see much. I had to tell 1 person to sit down as I couldt see what was going on. I wont go again and won't recommend.

The whole night was disjointed, obviously no rehearsals were done as they kept getting the music wrong when the guys were coming out.
It just wasn't very well organised, I've been to quite a few of these types of nights and this was the worst.

- Long queues for drinks (around 45minutes) even though this problem could have been sorted by opening the other bar.
- Once at the bar, a lady started to take my order and then just walked off (she seemed very stressed and not very hospitable)
- Due to the layout of the venue, unless you were VIP and had a table you couldn’t see what was going on on stage.
- Our party left at 9 because we were just standing around listening to others scream.

A fabulous event however I queued at the bar for an hour whilst majority of staff forced on VIP drink orders.

I am absolutely fuming. I paid extra for v.i.p but couldn't even sit down as all seats were taken by the non v.i p i will be claiming my money back from my bank as not delivered service i paid for. Complained 4 times to security and bar staff and nor one person helped us

I brought VIP tickets and there had been WAY too many people packed into the venue. you were literally back to back on benches that kept snapping closed. had to wait 45 mins at the bar because the QR codes near my table weren't working. the strippers and waiters tried their best to engage the audience however moving around for them was obviously difficult because of the way the venue had been laid out for the amount of people that were there. there was absolutely no point in paying for the VIP ticket, and is not something I would go to again, especially not at that venue.

Extortionate bar prices tickets were over priced seating was terrible music was far far too loud no one could here what the compere or singer said tickets were for my friends special birthday and you ruined everything
