Golden Classics - Bank Holiday Special

If you came to our first Golden Classics event of 2025, you know exactly why theres been such a demand for another!

This time we've gone for yet another huge line up in a ridiculously small venue, but thats part of the fun!

Golden's very first guest DJ back in 1992 was the inimitable ALLISTER WHITEHEAD and he was without doubt Golden's favourite guest DJ during its early years as Stoke's main dance night and became one of the most popular house DJ's in the UK, guesting at every major club night and recording Mix CD's for every top club brand in the world.

As the years progressed, the music policy changed at Golden and a new breed of guest DJ became in demand at. None so more than the titan that is SEB FONTAINE!

Seb became somewhat of a household name, becoming a RADIO 1 DJ with his own show and guesting all over the world, not to mention taking over Oakeys CREAM residency in Liverpool.

Obviously the main catalyst in Golden's success was the one and only PETE BROMLEY! Pete represented everything that was good about GOLDEN and still to this day is the main piece of the jigsaw. No one played at Golden more than him. There's no Golden without the main DJ who played the very first record and then 11 years later played the very last, its that simple.

So in essence, we have the ideal line up whether you were an early Golden regular, or a fan in its latter years, we have every base covered. Join us for a very special night indeed!
