Try making the santa look more realistic and communicate with the children. Also disappointed that the Carol singing and kids entertainment was only on the 10th we came on the 9th so we expects that and they told us it was the 10th. Try making your advertisement more understanding.

Already recommended to a few other people. It was lovely. Had dinner after there as well. Will definitely do it again next year if it's on :). P.s. we loved meeting the donkey

Santa was nothing like santa the magic was not there my little boy walked out and said I don't think that was santa :-(

Absolutely terrible for the money! Was there 20 minutes Santa barely said 2 words to my daughter. Wouldn't recommend

Our first time visiting Hopfest and I was really impressed. The event has been well thoughtout, it felt safe, secure & not too overcrowded. Also the music, atmosphere and fireworks was like being at a mini festival. I attended as a single parent with 2 small children & felt really comfortable. Will defo look out for more events there. Can’t wait for next year

This is the second year we have visited this event and definitely felt busier this year. We weren’t able to get any food from the rustic kitchen as they closed the app for orders as they were so busy, there wasn’t as many food vendors as the previous year and didn’t fancy the two options available. Also they ran out of mulled wine. Not sure I will return next year as it appears to be oversold.

Enjoyable night,music not too bad could have a bit more variety prices were okay.takimg into account the price of fireworks,if you had to buy them.overall a good night.

Not value for money food van ran out of food at 7 no seating available fire works were okay a lot of money for what it was

this event is way too expensive if the fireworks were longer or they did 2 shows it would be better, the food stalls shut early, definitely need to lower the price especially when other bonfires around are either free or below £10 the atmosphere and silent disco was good but I wouldn't come again at this price
