Terms & Conditions 

• Chairs & blankets are allowed
• Dogs are allowed - Kept on leads
• Picnics & food are not allowed 
• Infant food & drink, & special dietary requirements is allowed
• Camper-vans & caravans are allowed in the car park over night 
• Gazebos are not allowed 
• No alcohol to be brought on site
• All horse shows, craft stalls and car shows start at 11am
• On site parking SAT 19th July 12pm - SUN 20th July 12pm. Cars must be collected by 12pm Sunday
• Please note the car park has no overnight Secruity and the event organisers can take no responsibility for any vehicles left overnight 
• Cash & Card excepted by various vendors. Some accept card only, some accept cash only, some accept both forms of payment
