Step into the rebellious energy of the '90s with "Devotion," brought to you by Production Eighteen, a company formed in Sunderland College. This unique fusion of gig theatre and classic storytelling is set against the gritty backdrop of the boxing scene, reimagining the tale of star-crossed lovers "Romeo and Juliet" amidst the swagger and sound of the Britpop era. The night kicks off with an art and photography exhibition that captures the spirit of the decade, followed by an electrifying theatrical performance featuring two live bands, brand new music videos, and a powerful narrative that breathes new life into Shakespeare's timeless tale. Don your best bucket hat or space buns, Joe Bloggs or platform trainers and join us for a night where fists fly and love fights to the bitter end. After the show, continue the celebration with a live gig that will keep the energy high and the vibe unforgettable.
