Many events not there as it used to be. Needs to have cattle , horse jumping, marquees for flowers , vegetables competitions etc. in order to attract more people. A fair start after 5 years absent, but only half a show!

So great to see the Canwell Show return.
Great atmosphere, good range of stalls and events. The music was excellent. Very family friendly atmosphere.
Would have been even better if the food options had included vegetarian and vegan. We love the countryside too!

5 attended with some travelling from Berkshire, my 2 young Grandsons had a lovely and exciting day. We were waiting for this to happen again since 2020 and congratulations to everyone who organised. Looking forward to 2025!

Compared to previous years there were not enough events in the main arena. The best horse competition dragged on interminably. The pig racing was an embarrassing farce. The only interesting event was the falconry display. There was a significant shortage of seating around the main arena. Many families left standing. In previous years hay bales were provided as extra seating. Advertising should say: 'Bring your own chairs'. Canwell will need to up their game significantly next year . Most people we spoke to said that they wouldn't be returning . Judging by the comments already published, it looks like family and friends of the organisers ( who presumably didn't attend) have been encouraged to post glowing false reviews.

Very disappointing from previous years. I KNOW we've had Covid but entry fees were very high,considering hardly any animals to view, no sheep, no cattle, no horse jumping or main arena attraction. A pig race and a slow tractor race. 😥£4 for a donkey ride ! Thankfully we only had 2 little ones with us. The marquees were disappointing, no gorgeous food to sample & buy, hardly anything to tempt. Amazing crowd despite miserable morning weather but all in all, quite a disappointing day. As a group, we spent over £140 entry and except for coffee & donuts on arrival, we didn't actually buy anything, previously unheard of!. Please do better next year.
